Florida man stops by Chick-fil-A drive-through on horseback in viral video: ‘Gas prices must be crazy’
A Florida man has gone viral after riding his horse through a Chick-fil-A drive-through, leaving staff stunned.Felipe Delamora shared a video of the unusual visit, filmed on March 21, showing himself on horseback as he passed through the drive-through lane of the fast food restaurant. The clip was recorded from his glasses and went viral online.Explaining the moment, Delamora said, “I was on my way home back from a ride on my horse, and I got thirsty, so I stopped through the Chick-fil-A drive-through and had an amazing interaction with the employees.”The footage captures the back of the horse’s head as it walks through the lane. As Delamora approaches the ordering area, staff members react with surprise and excitement at the unexpected customer.“What’s up, y’all? How are we doing today,” a worker named Mike is heard saying. He and a colleague then ask if they can record the moment, to which Delamora replies, “go ahead.”The exchange continues. One employee asks for the horse’s name, and Delamora reveals it is called Gitano. Another worker appears lost for words as the situation sinks in.At one point, a car approaches the drive-through behind them. “nobody better come in this lane,” Mike says, hoping to avoid any disruption. When the car chooses a different lane, he reacts with relief, saying, “Yes, yes, yes,” while clenching his fist.Still amused, Mike looks up at Delamora and adds, “Please tell me you’re getting food.”According to Delamora, staff inside the restaurant were already aware of the horse’s arrival. One worker mentioned they had been talking about it after spotting the animal on the camera system. The video cuts off before the order is completed, as Delamora later explained that the glasses he was using to film had run out of battery. Despite the abrupt ending, he praised the staff, writing, “[Michael] and the rest of the staff were great!”The clip has since attracted a flood of reactions online. Mike himself appeared in the comments, writing, “Bruh im the worker I was in complete shock.”
