The right side of my car was damaged after being hit by a lorry.”
Jaayjeet says lorry driver was reckless
The actor also claimed that the lorry driver did not appear to be in a proper condition while driving.“It was clear from the way the lorry was being driven on an otherwise empty road that its driver was not in a proper condition. I went to the nearest police station, and Haridevpur Police Station made an MCR (Motor Collision Report) and let us go,” he wrote.Jaayjeet said he could have suffered serious injuries had he been sitting in the back seat.“Luckily, I was sitting in the front seat. If I had been sitting in the back, I could have been seriously injured. I don’t know how far this lorry will go, and the driver could cause more such incidents. This time, my car was hit, but reckless driving like this can also lead to more road accidents and even loss of life,” he wrote.

Jaayjeet also questioned why the CCTV footage was not checked immediately after the accident.“In a city covered with CCTV cameras, I expected the police to check the footage and try to identify the lorry.
