It registered the collection through 511 shows. The movie earned Rs 50 lakhs net on Day 8. The latest figures have taken the film’s India net collection to Rs 12.65 cr. Its India gross collection currently stands at Rs 15.09 cr. The movie has also accumulated Rs 2.05 cr in overseas gross collections. ‘VIBE’ has now reached a worldwide gross collection of Rs 17.14 cr.
‘VIBE’ records 80% jump on second Saturday
‘VIBE’ began its theatrical run on September 18. The film collected Rs 1.70 cr nett from 3,194 shows on its opening day. Its overall occupancy stood at 14.0%. The movie recorded Rs 2.75 cr on its second day. It had 2,979 shows and registered 21.0% occupancy. Sunday brought another increase, with the film collecting Rs 3.00 cr from 2,839 shows. Its occupancy reached 23.0%.The collection declined to Rs 90 lakhs on Monday. It then earned Rs 1.10 cr on Tuesday and Rs 1.00 cr on Wednesday. Thursday saw the film collect Rs 80 lakhs from 1,984 shows. The first week ended with an India net collection of Rs 11.25 cr.
Saturday occupancy rises to 40%
The film began its second weekend with Rs 0.50 cr on Friday, September 25. It recorded 485 shows that day, with an overall occupancy of 26.0%. The following day brought a stronger response. The film’s collection rose to Rs 90 lakhs from 511 shows. This marked an 80% growth over Friday’s figure. The overall occupancy also climbed to 40.0%. The Hindi 2D version recorded 39.18% overall occupancy on Saturday.Morning screenings registered 11.15% occupancy. Afternoon shows recorded 32.15%, while evening screenings reached 41.54%. Night shows recorded the highest occupancy at 56.46%.
