Wedding rumours really picked up in August 2025 when Georgina shared a photo that instantly grabbed attention online.
It wasn’t the caption that had everyone talking.
It was the enormous diamond ring on her finger.
She announced the engagement with the words, “Yes! I do. In this and in all my lives,” sending social media into a frenzy.
Almost immediately, jewellery experts began estimating the value of the ring, with several reports suggesting it could be worth anywhere between $3 million and $5.5 million, making it one of the most expensive celebrity engagement rings in recent years.
For days, the ring became as much of a headline as the engagement itself.

Reports have also suggested a possible wedding venue.
According to Jornal da Madeira, the ceremony could take place at Funchal Cathedral (Sé Catedral de Nossa Senhora da Assunção) in Madeira, Portugal.
The historic cathedral holds special meaning for Ronaldo. It’s located close to where he was born and not far from the football ground where his journey towards becoming one of the greatest players in history first began.
